At a young age, I made it my goal to expel these stories from my mind and share them with others. Animation has always been a strong point of inspiration for me, both from an artistic standpoint and from the way community plays into its creation. At the heart of all my stories is the idea of human connection and growth. I want to use my art to shift today's culture towards one of hope and inclusion. My art creation is a catch-22 of self-actualization. I make art so that I can keep moving forward in my life, and I keep moving forward in my life so that I can make art. This cycle allows me to persist through any and every challenge that comes my way. My art and my storytelling are one and the same. I always have some sort of story idea bouncing around in my head like a screen saver until it hits the corner of my brain and I just HAVE to get it onto paper. It's one of the reasons why I love being the DM (Dungeon Master) when playing Dungeons and Dragons. I can just keep building and building on my story like a fractal, getting into both the infinite cracks of the plot and broadening my perspective infinitely outward - all while existing in the safe and controlled space of my campaign. Some plot points or ideas I’ve come up with make me so excited I want to shout them from the rooftops, but because it takes months for them to actually appear in the story, I've devised a scheme. I encode vague hints about future plot points and characters into a cipher I have created myself and send it to my players to chip away at.
